Pre-Filing Bankruptcy Credit Counseling

Before we can file your bankruptcy case, you must complete the required credit counseling course. Click on the "Credit Counseling" button to get started. Once you have completed the course, forward your completion certificate to our office so that we can include it with your bankruptcy filing. - Start Here

Pre-Discharge Debtor Education

After filing bankruptcy, you must complete the Debtor Education course before the court can enter your discharge. Click on the "Debtor Education" button to get started. Once you have completed the course, forward your complete certificate to our office so that we can submit it to the Court. - Start Here

Order Your Free Credit Report

One of the most helpful things you can do to prepare to complete your questionnaire, or fill out the "Rapid Import" form, is to order a free copy of your credit report. Your credit report can help you identify creditors, addresses, and approximate amounts owed. You can request a FREE credit report once each year from www.annualcreditreport.com. You should do this for yourself, and your spouse. This is the cheapest, easiest way to obtain a copy of your credit report from TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.
